Welcome To The Dictocracy - If Babylon Was Falling?



There is no way to overstate the fact that the political, moral and financial ground is shifting radically under our feet. Though many seem to pursue this change as something that will bring about peace and prosperity, the reality is that the transformation of America from a nation founded on Judeo-Christian ethics to a land grounded on pagan principles will do nothing other than to hasten the arrival of an evil so ripe with death and destruction that the land which most of us have loved and cherished will cease to exist in any recognizable form.




It is easy to see the many and various forces that are even now bringing America to her knees. Pipe dreams of peace, short-sighted politician and leaders who are willfully weakening the nation's resolve and taking America into a dismal day from which there will be neither deliverance nor escape. Yet, though we are at war with those who attacked us, the greatest dangers the Union faces are not from without, but are in reality, from within.




Consider the dangers that now face us and remember the adage that is as true as it has always been that those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. There are many today who see the unusual events that are even now causing the world to take notice of the diabolical happenings that raise the blood levels of millions of people around the world. America has been attacked. We are engaged in a seemingly endless struggle against dark forces that never tire of inflicting their torment upon the globe. People are now in fear and have started to hoard food, forcing stores to limit purchases. Today, the evil of the Culture of Death is pushing abortion on demand, gay marriage and the current government wants to control of your medical rights, to control your investments and to be able to decide if you live or die.



The United States Government now controls so many of our private markets and through hate crime legislation, it will soon be able to control the way we talk, the things we eat, the faith we hold, how we heat our homes, what kinds of cars we drive and virtually every facet of our lives. Almost every freedom that we have heretofore enjoyed will be ripped away with the Obama regime in power. Things that would have been inconceivable in a forgone day are now flashed across the millions of TV screens throughout America. Will you simply lie down and declare it inevitable and yourself impotent or will you rise up out of the ashes of our folly and declare that it is ENOUGH?



There are answers as to why we now walk in concern and fear for what the world will face in the future and why it is happening. What I have written and what we have seen that is currently coming to pass are really not as difficult to predict as one might think. There are plenty of sources, both biblical and extra-biblical, which have predicted the various actions that will confront the world at a time of great calamity and change. What we face today is in reality nothing less than the birth pangs of a new pagan world, one that will takes us down a road of terror and strife; one controlled by a malevolent despot who rides roughshod over your freedom and which will control what you think and say. This force that is by no means democratic will hold sway over every decision one makes. Just as a mother suffers great pain and hardship prior to holding her new little life in her arms, so also, the world will experience massive sorrow and will walk in the valley of death before peace and sanctuary are established on the Earth.



Today, our children, the heritage of our race as humans, are being taught how to have sex, encouraged to engage in things concerning sexuality and to accept as right those things that once were held as categorically wrong. Those taught in such an atmosphere need to see what may be the motivations of those who teach as right that which was once held as completely abhorrent. Mere current events, at home and abroad, should cause you to pose those questions that we never pose to ourselves without such a challenge.



In America today, we are all faced with the vital, eternal decisions that will decide if America’s best are behind us or if this nations shall regain its abiding purpose and go on to lead the world to freedom. Will we, as a nation, choose to listen to the calls from the forces of good or will we finally give way to the natural instincts to let evil permeate us? With the deaths of 37 million babies through abortion, the calls for same-sex marriage and the recent loss of dignity through the forces of the culture of death, governmental bailouts that have drained America’s treasure and seriously threatened our freedoms on which the nation stands, America is at a crossroads. We must choose today whom we will serve.



Have you ever wondered what was here before us? Human kind cannot be all that there has ever been. Is the world we see around us all that there is? Do you look around and feel the squirming on the inside of your stomach that tells you that everything is not as it seems? Whether we admit it or not, if we sit and think profoundly and look at the dissolving world political system around us, we will come to an understanding that there are forces at work all around us that mean us woe and seek to rob us of hope, faith and peace, without which there is no freedom.


We all know about the life we can all see, touch and feel. What about a world that is as real as the air we breathe; one which is hidden from our sight and as real as the invisible battles going on around us, at every moment, in world events, lust for power and to enslave those who believe that freedom is not free.



The future and for the souls of men and women will be faced with a future of war, terror and political upheaval, unless good men and women stand back up and take back their nation and their Constitution. There is an invisible war between the forces of good and the forces of evil that will soon not be so indiscernible anymore?




I recently heard former British Prime Minister Tony Blair respond to the question of why God had become so important to him. I was so impressed with that courageous man's response. He said, "Because it reminds us that there is someone bigger than us." Yet, I pondered his brief yet profound words that had so pricked my attention. His words cause me to pose another question. How do we serve and defend a society which opposes everything we value as essential? What happens to a nation where so many common wrongs are now commonly accepted and practiced? We have failed to realize that man always arrives at the most amazing ways of placing his fellow man into bondage and terror. Freedom is and only can be derived from our commitment to God and the practice of His set of rights and wrongs.



The clash of ideas in the world around us is not of this world. The forces of darkness are stripping away the truths we have held as fact and cast these ideals as unknowable or irrational in the pagan dens of the ever-expanding Culture of Death. Do you feel it? Can you see it around you? The war is out there, not yet revealed to the eyes and thought of man.




Behind the United States and in opposition to its Constitution is a corrupt movement of wickedness, a small group of men and women whose sole objective is to enslave the globe and humanity in their world that is devoid of the presence of God. It has begun and without being stopped, an orgy of blood will be served up as a fine sacrifice to the masters of mayhem.




The Swarm that is currently slicing and dicing our nation and ripping the Constitution to shreds, now rules over Washington D.C. It is now invading and extending its control over every possible component of America’s political system. Their objective is to divide the masses of people into opposing camps and to use their ever increasing numbers to transform our political, social and economic systems into forces to be feared rather than cherished. They seek to finally conquer us by the very conditions artificially placed before us and causing America to face a tottering existence. Will opposing sides eventually take up arms? Will terror crush the masses’ resolve to defend themselves? Fatal incidents will be amply provided which will cause the American people to fight and weaken themselves, gradually allowing the current administration to destroy national governments and religious institutions, family and to completely and utterly breakdown of all social order?



Meanwhile, all the normal affairs of the current day have already started to tumble downward. Monetary bribery is being used to gain dominance over men and women already in high places inside the various levels of all governments and other fields of endeavor. Once the leaders and the masses have fallen for the lies, deceits, and temptations of the beast, every man woman and child will be held in bondage.



The nation has lost its nerve. It has refused to see that the means to take back our financial, economic and social freedom stands before us, but we lack the will to use it. The application of political and other forms of blackmail, threats of financial ruin, public exposure, and physical harm, even future death of our loved ones have caused the detractors to remain silent from the fear it has spread throughout society.




Plenty of examples of these social and political terrorists serve as fit reasons not to expose one’s self. We have become a nation that has sought to remove God’s hand off of the country and now the Eagle is crashing. Guilty of sins of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the boastful pride of life, it is clear, the Nation is failing. What will rise up to replace the former last best hope for mankind is yet clear, but without Americans’ resolve, courage and determination, it is clear and easy to see that Babylon shall fall and every eyes shall see it, past their flood of tears. The issues now facing America transcend all religions and all faiths and should cause us to stand up and be ready to fight it. The things being proposed and implemented by the Obama Administration should forces us to pose the question of whether the Constitution of the United States truly espouses such obtuse ideas that go against every civilized society in the history of mankind.



If the constitution actually does imply support for such things as abortion, homosexual marriage, government ownership of the economy and sway over who lives and death, then perhaps those of us who care about family and traditional values and the continued existence of the United States of America must ask ourselves if we are willing to pledge our undying devotion and allegiance to such a document. If the Constitution is determined to do so, are we who love our children and the continuation of our civilization prepared to defend a country that forces us to accept such a deviant society till death do us part? If so, it is only fitting and proper that Babylon should fall.

The Obama Health Care Plan:Hazardous to Your Health

On June 25 a town hall meeting was held in Rio Rancho, New Mexico to discuss Obama's health care plan. The meeting opened with a televised study of the Canadian and UK's health care plans. Afterwards, a factual report of the Obama plan was presented. Listening to it, I felt like I was in 1938 Germany listening to someone explaining Nazi proposals to crush everyone under an iron boot.

The Obama plan is a full-scale collectivization of America, of our lives and of our relationship with our government. It is the undiluted destruction of our individual right to life and property, a denial of the right to choose what to buy, from whom to buy it, how much we choose to pay and at what time we choose to pay it.

It proposes to tell doctors and others working in the medical industry what to do, and what to charge, what treatments to offer, and what prescriptions are permitted. It proposes to tell patients who they may have access to, what treatments they may have, how long they must wait for treatment and whether---as in the case of those over 70 years of age---they will be treated at all. On top of all that, it forces earners/producers to pay for what they do not want.

It spreads its fetid breath over every aspect of health care. The result is total control of every citizen's well being and ultimately of every citizen's life. It is not a health care plan. It is the destruction of individual rights and the transformation of our nation into a socialist state. This is the "change" Obama promised. He meant it then. He means it now.


Obama's universal health care plan proposes to force American earners/producers to pay the medical bills for every United States resident, whether a citizen or not. The same idea in principle was tried in New York City many years ago with welfare checks. Every moocher, looter, free-loader, malingerer and other form of parasite dwelling elsewhere, moved to NYC to take the checks that New Yorkers were forced to pay. Within John V. Lindsey's first term, the city was swamped with "migrants" who lived on welfare, cluttering the city's streets, esplanades and parks. With Obama's "medical care for every resident," the result will be the same and very likely considerably worse.

Additionally, the plan requires by law that everyone have health insurance whether they want it or not, making the government the single, sole payer. The single payer concept means there is no alternative the citizen may choose from, there's no way to redress a wrong. There's no way to seek a different opinion, there's no way to select a doctor you feel more comfortable with or a treatment you prefer. Doctors and patients alike will be under the command of government bureaucrats.


Most important the single payer concept effectively eradicates competition and makes health care into a monopoly. In private enterprise, monopoly doesn't exist for very long because competition eventually finds a way to get a foot into the market---by lowering prices, improving products, offering different products. But a government monopoly is enforced by the gun. A government monopoly guarantees ruinous practices, lower quality goods, decreasing competence and efficacy, higher prices and, therefore, higher taxes. The best example of this is the U. S. Postal System.

The self-employed doctor will be effectively eliminated. Those working at health care facilities, clinics, hospitals and other voluntary associations will be government employees. Without any competition to make money in medicine, loaded down with government paperwork and bureaucratic "watch dogs," doctors will not be able to see as many patients as they might like. They will not be able to improve their skills and discover new treatments or develop better, more effective skills. Without competition to make good money, interest in the field will decline and the quality of care will deteriorate while political pull-peddlers will replace skilled medical personnel.

Do not make the mistake of attributing to this health care plan and its sponsors the currently fashionable bromide of "good intentions with unforeseen consequences." There are no good intentions in this bill. The government knows exactly what it's doing. Here's one telling piece of evidence: All members of Congress and all of their staff will be exempt from the plan.

Like the stimulus bill, Congressional representatives have not read the health care bill. They will vote on it without knowing what they are voting on. And like the stimulus package, it is expected to pass. In 2 weeks.

Please call your representatives in Congress and insist they vote against all the government health care plans pending.

Here are 15 things to know about the draft Kennedy-Dodd health bill.

  1. The Kennedy-Dodd bill would create an individual mandate requiring you to buy a “qualified” health insurance plan, as defined by the government. If you don’t have “qualified” health insurance for a given month, you will pay a new Federal tax. Incredibly, the amount and structure of this new tax is left to the discretion of the Secretaries of Treasury and Health and Human Services (HHS), whose only guidance is “to establish the minimum practicable amount that can accomplish the goal of enhancing participation in qualifying coverage (as so defined).” The new Medical Advisory Council (see #3D) could exempt classes of people from this new tax. To avoid this tax, you would have to report your health insurance information for each month of the prior year to the Secretary of HHS, along with “any such other information as the Secretary may prescribe.”

  1. The bill would also create an employer mandate. Employers would have to offer insurance to their employees. Employers would have to pay at least a certain percentage (TBD) of the premium, and at least a certain dollar amount (TBD). Any employer that did not would pay a new tax. Again, the amount and structure of the tax is left to the discretion of the Secretaries of Treasury and HHS. Small employers (TBD) would be exempt.

  1. In the Kennedy-Dodd bill, the government would define a qualified plan:
    1. All health insurance would be required to have guaranteed issue and renewal, modified community rating, no exclusions for pre-existing conditions, no lifetime or annual limits on benefits, and family policies would have to cover “children” up to age 26.

    1. A qualified plan would have to meet one of three levels of standardized cost-sharing defined by the government, “gold, silver, and bronze.” Details TBD.

    1. Plans would be required to cover a list of preventive services approved by the Federal government.

    1. A qualified plan would have to cover “essential health benefits,” as defined by a new Medical Advisory Council (MAC), appointed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The MAC would determine what items and services are “essential benefits.” The MAC would have to include items and services in at least the following categories: ambulatory patient services, emergency services, hospitalization, maternity and new born care, medical and surgical, mental health, prescription drugs, rehab and lab services, preventive/wellness services, pediatric services, and anything else the MAC thought appropriate.

    1. The MAC would also define what “affordable and available coverage” is for different income levels, affecting who has to pay the tax if they don’t buy health insurance. The MAC’s rules would go into effect unless Congress passed a joint resolution (under a fast-track process) to turn them off.

  1. Health insurance plans could not charge higher premiums for risky behaviors: “Such rate shall not vary by health status-related factors, … or any other factor not described in paragraph (1).” Smokers, drinkers, drug users, and those in terrible physical shape would all have their premiums subsidized by the healthy.

  1. Guaranteed issue and renewal combined with modified community rating would dramatically increase premiums for the overwhelming majority of those Americans who now have private health insurance. New Jersey is the best example of health insurance mandates gone wild. In the name of protecting their citizens, premiums are extremely high to cover the cross-subsidization of those who are uninsurable.

  1. The bill would expand Medicaid to cover everyone up to 150% of poverty, with the Federal government paying all incremental costs (no State share). This means adding childless adults with income below 150% of the poverty line.

  1. People from 150% of poverty up to 500% (!!) would get their health insurance subsidized (on a sliding scale). If this were in effect in 2009, a family of four with income of $110,000 would get a small subsidy. The bill does not indicate the source of funds to finance these subsidies.

  1. People in high cost areas (e.g., New York City, Boston, South Florida, Chicago, Los Angeles) would get much bigger subsidies than those in low cost areas (e.g., much of the rest of the country, especially in rural areas). The subsidies are calculated as a percentage of the “reference premium,” which is determined based on the cost of plans sold in that particular geographic area

  1. There would be a “public plan option” of health insurance offered by the federal government. In this new government health plan, the federal government would pay health care providers Medicare rates + 10%. The +10% is clearly intended to attract short-term legislative support from medical providers. I hope they are not so naive that they think that differential would last.

  1. Group health plans with 250 or fewer members would be prohibited from self-insuring. ERISA would only be for big businesses.

  1. States would have to set up “gateways” (health insurance exchanges) to market only qualified health insurance plans. If they don’t, the Feds will set up a gateway for them.

  1. Health insurance plans in existence before the law would not have to meet the new insurance standards. This creates a weird bifurcated system and means you would (probably) be subject to a different set of rules when you change jobs.

  1. The bill does not specify what spending will be cut or what taxes will be raised to pay for the increased spending. That is presumably for the Finance Committee to determine, since it’s their jurisdiction.

  1. The bill defines an “eligible individual” as “a citizen or national of the United States or an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence or an alien lawfully present in the United States.”

  1. The bill would create a new pot of money for state gateways to pay “navigators” to educate people about the new bill, distribute information about health plans, and help people enroll. Navigators receiving federal funds “may include … unions, …”

This would have severe effects on the more than 100 million Americans who have private health insurance today:

  • The government would mandate not only that you must buy health insurance, but what health insurance counts as “qualifying.”

  • Health insurance premiums would rise as a result of the law, meaning lower wages.

  • A government-appointed board would determine what items and services are “essential benefits” that your qualifying plan must cover.

  • You would find a tremendous new disincentive to switch jobs, because your new health insurance may be subject to the new rules and would therefore be significantly more expensive.

  • Those who keep themselves healthy would be subsidizing premiums for those with risky or unhealthy behaviors.

  • Far more than half of all Americans would be eligible for subsidies, but we have not yet been told who would pay the bill.

  • The Secretaries of Treasury and HHS would have unlimited discretion to impose new taxes on individuals and employers who do not comply with the new mandates.

  • The Secretary of HHS could mandate that you provide him or her with “any such other information as [he/she] may prescribe.”

I strongly oppose this bill.
